That being said, a quick phone call to the company and they sent me an email with a video on how to get it to unfold. Works great and folds up to a small size. I do think some people will struggle with lifting the weight of it tho. All in all I would highly recommend. A++ Ebay seller. Many thanks.

The service and attitude from the customer service staff was very poor. I swapped the seat and paid an extra £250 the top box that was shown in the picture was changed to a basket, if i want the box i would have to pay another £99.
