I thought It was a great little until I found the recipe for "TRIPE and LIVER HOTPOT" Oh lordie how I hate Tripe. My fathers family were from Scotland and had it quite often. But I couldn't even stand the smell! They would try to disguise the flavor many different ways but I could always taste that HORRIBLE stuff thru and thru. Just thought I'd share that with you. ANYWAY THANKS FOR A NEAT LITTLE BOOK.
