    I admit i had to drastically eat more, i eas really suffering. I nevervleft the house much either except for my pt job. But i honestly think this vitamin has had lifted my low mood which i suffered a lot with. Useing a daylight lamp as well. Great value, tiny capsule and fast delivery, perfect.

    Best ever.

    Taking these was a bit like changing night into day as far as I am concerned. I grant that I must have been a little short on the B vitamins, but these particular B12 have been a revelation. Won’t ever be without now and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
