Very responsive to all communication which made things easier! The hat is gorgeous and as described. It arrived safely and beautifully packaged in a hat box with a red ribbon, inside a large cardboard box. Good value for such a lovely hat! It was worth paying more for postage to ensure it arrived safely. Would definitely buy again from this selller, pleasure to deal with. 🥰

The flower arrived in a mailbag screwed up and the petals had come loose and fell off I emailed the seller to advise but they never replied. I have purchased these flowers from my usual supplier for over 10 years and never had this problem only had to order from here as my usual stockest had run out of red. I will not purcase here again.
