    Meteor development told by those directly involved.

    This book provides an excellent insight into Rolls Royce development of the Merlin into world beating Meteor tank engine and all the associated problems of installing it into the tank that became the Cromwell. Highly recommend this book to anyone wishing to understand the complexities and challenges of manufacturers, military and government departments working towards a common goal under wartime pressures.
