I went for the solid oak, it looks exactly like the photos and is just top quality. I did a lot of shopping around until I found this; the value really is great in comparison to some sellers out there, i've not had the chance to put it up yet but there are some provided instructions to help, I know it will look wonderful in my kitchen. To set expectations, it does take around a month to arrive, but well worth the wait!
