I will save the seller as I have been looking for a reliable supplier of leather laces amongst other items. I would highly recommend the Seller. Well done.

They apologised and explained that I had somehow gotten a pair that did not meet their high standards. They immediatly sent me a replacement and also another pair too. They also offered to reimburse my initial payment too, I declined as I think they had done much more than enough to make up for the one dodgy set.
