I asked for a full refund and will send the product back unopened (it comes in a see through container) snd this seller was very rude and condescending even after I provided pictures of the product. Even denying that the color of the product . It is not. I provide receipts of purchase in my photos, from date of purchase direct from City Beauty showing Mar '24 purchase date. This gloss is a thick clear. The color she provided was not yellow. I reached out to her & she told me to "cut the cr@p." She stated she buys direct from City Beauty and I told her that she should then continue to do just that. Seller is not recommended for sales from eBay stores.
