      Apple Studio Display listed as HIGH-SPEC nano-glass but turned out to be STANDARD glass model. Seller admitted technical information in the listing was wrong — but refused to take responsibility or offer a reduction in the price, insisting eBay had inserted the specification without his knowledge! Seller told me it was quote “a fair price” unquote!

      I have concerns about the feedback I received due to the following reasons: 1) Before the purchase, the buyer did not express concerns or ask questions. 2) The item description and title were both accurately represented. 3) The buyer's reasons for requesting a price reduction seemed unjustified. 4) The buyer's communication was obtuse. I made sure to respond to the buyer in a comprehensive and respectful manner throughout.
