      My item was even better than I thought it would be judging by the photos. The seller was very helpful in co-ordinating the collection of my item by my courier for delivery. They packaged it well for me at my request and it arrived in perfect condition. The price was good and it was a quality piece of furniture. I would buy from this seller again.

      Not an ideal interaction. Item arrived with a damaged door mechanism which was initially dismissed by the seller as having happened in transit but I was then told the item ‘was an easy fix’. After a shortly worded set of responses, a £25 partial refund was issued for the inconvenience of the faulty door which was appreciated but now I have realised, what was sold as an ‘oak’ cabinet, is actually oak veneer so the item was not as described. Wouldn’t purchase again from this seller.

      Item was not listed as solid oak!, refund of £25 as door was pushed in transit (courier) so not my fault and is just a screw needs moving 5 min job, comment has been reported to ebay!
