      Saxon Algebra

      Mathematics does not insist of unconnected topics that can be filed in separate compartments, studies once, mastered and then neglected. Many pieces or concepts touch directly and must be studied in the context of all the other pieces. Unlike many math curriculums or the new approaches that come and go the Saxon Algebra series, teaches the foundational concepts one at a time, then builds on then as a part of the whole. Consistently adding new increments, while reviewing what has been taught before. Having used the Saxon math curriculum for our five student that we taught at home, (all did well in college level math) and twenty-two years in a homeschool coop, there is not other math curriculum I trust more.

      Clean Book!

      We had a used book but it had a significant amount of markings that were a distraction. This book came in clean - no marks, etc. Now the Saxon books are excellent. We like the Saxon way to teach and learn math. Automaticity!

      Algebra 2 Made Understandable

      I used Saxon's Algebra 1 book back in 1992. My students learned so much from it. I'm now teaching Algebra to my adult ed students who are preparing for college. I could not ask for a better book.
