Upon arrival there was two vital pieces missing. When questioned I was offered a full refund on return. I asked if I could get the items sourced locally would they stand the replacements parts. This never happened I received a refund and it was a little more than 50% of the original cost but it did not cover the parts entirely. So I found myself out of pocket in total.
