        Good quality printer

        Excellent item, worth buying and works well. Item was described something like new but opened box.... Described like this I expected the box and the manual which I didn't get. This is a little bit picky though as the printer has been great so far, in great condition and working very well.

        Great features but not so easy to use.

        The OJP 6970 is not a simple device to set up and the online manual is hard to follow, but I got there eventually. Compared with my old HP 3100 the print speed is faster but quality poorer, the scan function is better in quality and faster but the wireless connection is erratic and slow, so I now use a cable. For the price it is OK and the ability to print from a phone or pad is great, but I don't need to print professional quality items. I would not be impressed if I had bought it for use as an office printer for text or pictures as both are not the best quality. After fitting new cartridges to test it, it managed 2 pictures before the magenta print head bunged up and took 3 cleaning cycles to clear it. I hope this isn't a regular problem as my 3100 never did this at all.

        Good bit of kit!

        We have this as a backup for both industrial scanner and larger colour printer. The quality is good, wake up time can be painfully slow but perhaps that's because its not used to often or a setting we have. Other than that a great bit of kit.

        Excellent - especially for Apple users

        I have a MacBook Pro, iPad and an iPhone and I can print directly from all of my devices without downloading any apps or drivers. It’s easy to set up, looks decent and works seamlessly.

        Good features

        This is a good all in one printer that does everything I need. It prints and scans double-sided and the quality is good. The HP Instant ink trial seems good value too.
