She was disappointed with her Fitbit Charge 4, and replacement Charge 5 (sent by Fitbit) as they no longer had an altimeter. After researching she decided the Sense 2 would be her next replacement. ITstor were excellent- the refurbished Sense 2 arrived the next day and was set up (easily) the following day. It works perfectly. One part of the short strap didn't fit the pebble but the large strap provided worked well. This firm will be my first choice in future.
