TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from RSPCA Shop Online, with the exception of RSPCA Charity Gifts as these are classed as donations. For further information on how funds from our RSPCA Charity Gifts are allocated please read the product description when purchasing. Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for your future reference.

The contents of this site are the property of RSPCA, and are protected by the UK and international copyright laws. These contents include but are not limited to the following: website design, graphics, text, visual clips, audio clips, logos and button icons, including the selection and arrangement thereof. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print the content in hard copy for the purpose of placing an order. Any other use of the RSPCA Shop Online, without the prior permission of the RSPCA, is strictly prohibited. The following are therefore expressly forbidden unless written consent has been given: reproduction for any other purpose than those referred to above, modification, distribution, transmission, broadcast republication, downloading or uploading of any part of this website.
Our Contract:
When you place an order online to purchase a product from RSPCA Shop Online we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing your order details. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we deliver the product to you. If there are any products on the same order that are not delivered to you, these will not form part of that contract.
Description of the goods:
RSPCA Shop Online takes all reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. RSPCA Shop Online reserves the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
Scottish SPCA:
Donations made to the RSPCA (including our RSPCA Charity Gifts) do not support animal welfare activities in Scotland. If you wish to support the Scottish SPCA you can make a contribution here: http://www.scottishspca.org/
Availability:
As we are continually improving the design of our products, some product specifications may vary slightly from descriptions on this website. When you submit your order you are allowing RSPCA Trading Ltd to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter.
Delivery:
All products can only be delivered to addresses within the UK. All items will be despatched within 5 working days of our receiving your order unless otherwise specified. Our regular working hours are Mon-Fri 8-4pm, so orders and queries will not be picked up outside these hours.
Delivery agents:
Deliveries may be sent by Royal Mail or DPD courier depending on order size, weight, and delivery location. Courier deliveries may require a signature on receipt. If nobody is home at your delivery address, the delivery agent will either leave your order in a pre-defined safe place, or take it to another local address, or back to the depot. If this is the case a card will be left with instructions of how to obtain your parcel.
Losses:
We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss even if the loss was reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when the contract for the sale of goods was formed. However, the RSPCA and RSPCA Trading Ltd does not limit in any way our liability by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence or breach of duty or caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Alteration of service or amendments to the conditions:
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of Purchase in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Events beyond our reasonable control:
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Governing law and Jurisdiction:
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Data protection:
As supporters are our most valuable asset we protect their details as required by UK Data Protection Act 1998 and subsequent legislation.
We follow strict security procedures in storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose information to you. If you place an order and do not wish us to use your details, you may tick the appropriate boxes, which feature in the registration and ordering processes, before completing the purchase.
