If you return an item, take photos before sending back, like I did, to prove that the item was undamaged. I don't know who caused the damage he showed me in photos, but it wasn't me... Anyway Ebay stepped in and fully refunded me. I did try calling the seller but the company I reached claimed they don't sell on ebay. Something odd going on here..
