    The quality of this item is very poor, cheap materials and most pieces arrived damaged. It does not look like it does in the photo! Additionally when I asked for a refund they took 6 days to reply to my messages and made the return process very difficult with not listening to my requests. Neither has there once been an apology for the faulty item or the exceptionally poor customer service in dealing with the return.
