    Took a while to set up but once I figured out how to set it up I was well away.

    I was baffled at first with the set-up of this printer, it didn't seem to want to connect with my laptop. After watching a few YouTube videos I discovered it was best to set it up via the app on my phone. Once I figured this out I was able to then print via my laptop. It even prints documents on both sides which I'm super impressed with.

    HP Envy 6000e with ink

    Its extremely hard to set up, and it’s only suitable for Window 10 or above. The HP Smart is not that smart as it’s name. HP Print scan doctor also does not heal most problems. HP virtual support is robotic and useless. The ink run out fast just with less than 15 prints. CNot easy for most users who is not technology savvy. Connection with Wi-Fi need to be reset all the time. Error 9 appear so frequently that this product is a waste of time. I joined the HP ink supply problem, it was described as they could monitor the ink level remotely, however I am already run out of ink with blank printing, it seems that they did not aware of, and still said 10 office days before the delivery. I have to stop the contract as I cannot wait for that long without a printer to use.

    Good value but

    Good value and prints well but the set up process on HP printers seems unnecessarily complex re Wi-Fi and having no instructions in box means going online to look them out, and then looking for reasons why Wi-Fi set up isn’t going smoothly. I have had three of their printers now and they get less easy to set up in my experience.

    Ref: and support brochure, 2 pages some basic information no directions. The hp smart and 123 apps tell me about all the great things the printer can do. Pity it does not explain how to do things. It took me 1 week to print 1. Email. Sorry I'm not impressed. Now having a problem trying to Submit this .

    HP ENVY, CHECK IT OUT!

    To be very blunt, I would not know where to start setting up. Thankfully I had help. I bought this make, different model, because my previous one, which I had for 18 months just ceased to work. I loved how it prints even the product's presentation eg. it's neatness, how it fits into my work station etc. The fact that it uses the same ink as previous printer was the major deciding factor. My new printer is up and running, very pleased with it. Would recommend !
