It's much chunkier and firmer than a lot of travel pillows are. I also found it helpful that it fastens at the front. Squishes down reasonably small and has a clip on the bag which you can attach to the outside of a rucksack. Removable cover can be washed (I have not tried this yet). All in all -- would recommend! It was delivered by Evri, however, and I never have a great experience with Evri.
