    After an initial hiccup where the seller sent me a refurbished item rather than a new 3M Peltor Sporttac. When I queried this, the company responded by admitting they made an error and promptly arranged for the item to be picked up and a new original boxed item was sent without delay. The ear defenders are incredible I used them on the range last night and they're really impressive. I would recommend this product and this company purely from a customer services point of view, they were superb.
