Plants purchased were 9cm ones, which I expected to be as per their description i.e. "Please remember that you're not buying 9cm tall plants. 9cm refers to the diameter of the pot commonly used in plant retail." The plants sent were poorly rooted XL plugs at best. Sent bare root with some "dry" coir type compost around them, to "pack them out". How well they will do, and if I can bring them on at all in the next 3-4 weeks I will have to see.Reply from: bedwen_plants- Feedback replied to by seller bedwen_plants.- Feedback replied to by seller bedwen_plants.These would have been grown in 9cm pots, we list them when we see roots popping out of the bottom of the pots. With many plants there can be loose compost around the top of the pot as roots do not tend to spread sideways. If we have made a mistake and the roots hadn't formed properly at the bottom of the pot please send a picture and we can take a look.
