Seller not helpful or wanting to resolve. Accusatory in communication. Refused refund. Kept saying it was fine to use whilst simultaneously stating it sometimes goes wrong in the production process and separates. Horrible experience. Would not recommend. Very stressful transaction that was totally unnecessary as product clearly was faulty.
