    Honeywell 2 way valves listed as brand new genuine ,1 out of 2 arrived faulty !! Installed system did not work, hence I am an electrical eng who helps plumbers with diagnostics of wiring for system boilers ,I could find part in faulty solenoid valve sold to me which was faulty and replaced it with part from old valve Reported to seller ,he offered me £5 .or return the item back, I believe the items are graded.he not provided vat invoice where is from to claim from honeywell ,very arrogant.
