    Good fan with light!

    This fan is much quieter than the basic exhaust fan. Please be informed that both the fam housing and exhaust hose are larger than those of the basic fan's. You will have to enlarge the opening on the ceiling and either attached a 4" to 3" hose adapter or install a 4" hose.

    Very difficult to replace older nutone model. Had to cut drywall and add electric line because wire was opposite. Only plus was the price.

    NuTone 50 CFM Ceiling Exhaust Bath Fan with Light works great.

    This NuTone 50 CFM Ceiling Exhaust Bath Fan with Light is very quiet and works great. It was not difficult to install. I would strongly advise that the installer seal the edges with some type of sealer to prevent insulation being drawn into the fan. Again the product works great.
