    You will absolutely need this tool, if you're going to install Propex tubing in your home, and I've discovered over the years, that buying a new tool to do the job, is usually the best policy. This expansion tool arrived brand new, in factory condition, I couldn't be happier than I am right now, with every aspect of this transaction, as well as the quality of the tool. I highly recommend shopping on ebay, they usually have the best deals on the internet.

    Glad I bought used

    As a mostly DIY user I don't put this tool through its paces. If it weren't for the much-discounted eBay price for this used unit it wouldn't be worth the difference between propex/Uponor and other pex systems. And while I say it's not a great value for the DIY right now, ask me when I'm sweating and bug-bitten in the crawlspace whether making fast easy connections is worth the money and I'd probably say it's worth double.

    Works Good, No glue ! No mess ! No Fumes !

    It does what it's made to do really well. I haven't used it but a few times but using this system v/s cpvc saved me enough time to pay for the tool on the first job. It's so easy, it feels like cheating after gluing cpvc for so many years. No fumes here. Love it.
