It was brand new and sealed in its original packaging, I almost felt bad about opening it. I took it out and it still had the storage agent on it, no cracks, tears or stiffness anywhere on it. It's amazing too, especially since it was a good value, a mint, unused NOS deadstock condition with high quality rubber. It looks great and fits my gas mask, an M10.
