Remember this is a kit that does require hardware to be cut and assembled to doors and frame. This is an engineered oak material, whereby the oak is a veneer for external viewing and treatment. I would also like to thank the owners for allowing me to collect in person, and they provided a nice refund on the normal delivery costs. I would buy again. Thank you
