So when they arrived they weren’t in the same condition as described. When I brought this to the sellers attention, they were very condescending and short with me. Saying that my items aren’t damaged even though they clearly are and I have photo proof. The seller also answered my messages and showed concern for me, because the necklace had a blemish, and he wanted to be sure, that I had noticed it.
