But I did get a replacement after keeping on to the supplier. They appeared reluctant to help, shown by the slow response and two promises to send a replacement or refund which didn't happen. Eventually, without me being informed, I received a new firepit. The firepit is good for the price but I wouldn't buy off this seller again.
