Within 5 minutes of receiving the trainers I sent a message explaining their error which they ignored. Only after my second message did they reply. I had to go to the bother of returning the trainers and they sent a refund. All I wanted was size 8. I won't be using this company again as I dislike their casual approach to customer service.
