    Dishonest about the item condition-Torn and missing plastic cover on the back

    The DVD packaging was torn off in the back and you can see that scotch tape was used to try and put it back together. It was listed as "Like New" under condition, and that couldn't be further than the truth. However this item was extremely inexpensive and the DVD wasn't scratched or anything which is ultimately all that matters to me. I just don't like the dishonesty about the condition
