When I contacted them gotobathrooms.i had replacements4 tiles within 3 days. Thank you. However not the same for DPD driver same man both days. He was rude and inpatient he refused to wait until I could open and check. Noting my delivery was very well packed and had fragile tape all over packing he still had bumped his van up onto curb. No good review for you.
