    Appears well made. The instructions tell you to screw out the base holding the batteries to turn off the laser but you have to unscrew it so far back it is nearly fully open. I would remove the batteries altogether if putting in a bag. The laser light is not 100 accurate but is near enough for my purposes. I put it in the barrel and then rotated it until it was in the correct location when I sighted is along the barrel. For this price I think it is worth buying.

    Bore Sighter great product with a little fettling

    Did have a small problem the end cap was slightly to thick to seat in the barrel of my Beretta O/U as such would not close completely, With sheet of emery paper i managed to reduce the thickness of the end cap the gun now closes completely. Would point that this may not happen on other Shotguns, but mates Beretta O/U had the same problem with the bore sighter end cap took 2minutes to rectify. The bore sighter now works well and the laser is accurate, Happy bunny.

    Great piece of kit!

    Bought this to help gain an idea of where my shotguns are shooting as pattern plates are harder and harder to find out get ready access to. This has a quality feel and fitted both my Browning and Beretta o/u s perfectly and without any modification. Really useful piece of kit for mounting practice and has immediately shown that my mount was inconsistent and has allowed me to make changes to easily see where the point of impact is. Best used where you have a decent distance to a vertical wall. I strongly recommend this if you are considering one.

    Don’t lose sight of this one!

    I just wanted to check the sight line on my shotgun. It showed that with my gum mount I was always shooting above the clay. Now I know how to adjust my gun mount according to the position of the clay. May only use it that once but was worth getting!

    Mossberg 500

    Good, but!!

    Great sight, accurate centering of laser in bore, but you may have to alter the depth of the head. I had to take 1.5mm off, so the gun would close fully and therefore the sight would work properly.
