You don’t have the resistance numbered alike the more expensive modules on 0-10 it has the +and -, if your doing a spin class, it will take a few sessions to work it out. Sturdy on position 2&3, off saddle, I wegh in at 11stone, medium build, ideal more for female spinners . It was quite easy to put together, but instructions weren’t clear, very small writing. Postage and package good, fast delivery.

Fast delivery!Negative: Seat height is not 95cm. I manged to get it 92cm and that was with it not fixing into an adjustment lock (saddle bar resting on adjusting pin). so if you are over 5'10 you will need bigger.
