      Lightweight very easy to use and straightforward.

      Had same model prevoisly that went low in volume over time. But these models work great, Plantronics 500 pair quickly and are very straightforward to use. Also very lightweight and long lasting battery. On the new model the volume is loud enough to hear without a problem.

      Great headset

      I have, used several bluetooth headsets, mostly because I keep losing them! 🙃 So far, I like this one better than any of the others. ie. (2)Plantronics Voyager, (3)Plantronics M2 165 and a Marnana headset. This one is comfortable and has good sound quality, the price point is also good. I would recommend it.

      Bluetooth still out for final opinion

      Prior same product brand etc the earbud part of it became unattached. So I am trying this same product for the second time. Perhaps I got a defective one the first time in 12/2017.
