    Excellent Quality and Value for Money. Proper Parmesan! Delicious.

    Product Highly recommended. The cheese is proper parmesan and is absolutely delicious. Nice and strong tasting with lovely aroma. No comparison to that out of a pot! It's finishes off any perfect pasta dish and is also delicious in making sauces etc. Very versatile product. Arrived in lovely protective packaging to maintain its freshness. It's great value for money and excellent quality. I've divided mine up into freezable portions to ensure no wastage.

    excellent quality and flavour

    Excellent flavour and texture. Has a wonderful smell when the wrapping is opened. The flavour is a bit less salty than the 24 month, which surprised me. The flavour of the 36 month cheese is also more "settled", with a calmer, but delicious, flavour. Excellent for uses on dishes with stronger flavours.
