The texture of the cheddar is very good, cuts nicely as you would expect from a good quality cheddar. The pepper enhances the flavour perfectly - a win-win combination! When my family visited I gave them a chunk of it to take home. My daughter-in-law phoned yesterday to say they all loved it.
