    Handy, Lightweight, Convertible and Easy to Use

    The bench serves its purpose well. It is too dangerous for my elderly mother with dementia to stand in the shower anymore, but with this bench I just sit her on it and slide her into the shower. I think it's just the size and shape of my small bathtub, but I do wish the bench legs inside the tub fit more "flush" to that side of the tub so I wouldn't get so much water on the floor, coming off her body. But I do like the product and would recommend it. A note: when we put the bench together, I wasn't sure how I was going to use it, but after the first shower or two, I decided it worked better for us for me to face my mother away from the shower head,but it was very easy to switch the parts around so the bench would face away from the water.     Best For Showers, Sliding Transfer Bench

    I recently had a very bad fall and was terrified of having to climb into the shower. I just could not make myself step up and over the tub to get in, so I was using the sink to slowly wash all over with washrag. When I got the sliding bench I was delighted! Now I can sit down, raise one foot at a time and once both feet are in the tub I can slide over and take my shower. This is a wonderful help and now I am not afraid anymore to take a shower. I would recommend these to any person who has problems getting in and out of the tub.

    As a caregiver. The cutout seat is very important. It is easy to assemble. I just set it in the tub after use to make room as it is very light.If someone could design it to swivel too that would make it even better but it meets my needs
