    The item is a new shirt as described. The time I placed the order to the time I got the item was 8 days. But...the shirt has 9 pictures of albums on it. 6 are of good resolution for their size, but 3 are very low resolution. It's a detail that I suspect most people won't notice, but I will not buy another similar shirt from this seller for that reason. I'll give full stars since 'item quality' isn't part of the eBay ratings. If it were, I'd give 3 stars for that category.
