      I am very sorry, but this is not fair.You purchased on 22nd of December when the office was closed, and I genuinely did not see it.The request only stays open for 3 days and expired on 25th which was Christmas Day, and then ebay remove the option for me to agree to the Cancellation.By the time we were back to work there was no option for me to agree to the cancellation, so I sent the items, with the knowledge that you could always return them if you still wished to cancel but they were not
