I can’t describe the relief when I finally succeeded in dragging it down! My only criticism is the picture is of a tool with a button press connection, the tool I received was for threaded rods, fortunately I have a set of threaded rods as well so used one of those. It wasn’t easy but with a mirror in the base of the stove and a torch pointing up the flue i managed it. ��
