    Just like on holiday

    Aside from the weather and change of scenery, it's the food that makes a holiday complete. I could never shake the memory of a nice restaurant and sampling mojo sauce for the first time; I was hooked and couldn't get enough of it. I've occasionally looked to see if I could buy mojo sauce in the UK over the years and finally hit the buy it now button for some Ferrer tradicional salsa mojo picon. When my order arrived I quickly set about opening the bottle and having a little taste; it was exactly the same as I remembered it to be. I quickly made some 'wrinkled potatoes' (subsequent attempts are improving!) and added a healthy amount of the mojo sauce to them, completing my meal. After less than 2 week, I've nearly got through my first bottle and so pleased I purchased three!
