    The supposedly new item is very substantially used, with brown dribble stains from the spout and other marks. It was listed as new and unused, in a box that has been opened. The inside was speckled with lime scale in the way a used kettle is. The box was battered. I was going to refrain from feedback but the seller, who 'does not accept returns' is away for at least two weeks, meaning I cannot resolve this with them. I cannot get a refund at least until then, and I feel this is appalling service
