I sent screenshots of the contact I had with the courier showing that they requested a photo of the outer packaging with the postage label visible to proceed with the damage claim. Buyer couldn't provide this so we couldn't proceed. Item was sent bubble wrapped and then layered in cardboard so has only been damaged by being mistreat by the courier.
