      A little brusque when underpayment on postage mentioned, called me 'bullish' for bringing it up as I had to pay £3 on top of what I'd already paid to receive the item. However I was refunded the £3, but not a nice experience in getting that refunded. If you work a job on top of doing ebay, don't let the pressure make you lose it with buyers, that's not my issue. Could do with some customer service skills. Jacket condition worse than description, very disappointed>Donating to charity.
