      Very tasty

      Very tasty and surprisingly filling. Not inexpensive but, worth the cost for the lovely flavour of the Camembert. The Breaded coating is well chosen, with large crumbs too, which provide a satisfying crunch to counterpoint the rich, creamy cheese within. Be very, very careful as to the cooking time, as overcooking is all too easy and will cause the Breadcrumbs to scorch and harden and, the filling to leak out. [Quel horreur!] These really are quite splendid and sure to please the palate of all diners; I love them with Asparagus and buttery mashed potatoes but, no doubt other combinations would work well too if carefully chosen to match and compliment the Camembert. A high recommendation from me.
