The postage stated in the listing was Yodel but the item was sent by Evri (AKA Hermes), which is not the best courier when compared to Yodel or Royal Mail. The seller after receiving photographs of the damaged item did give me a full refund the following day. If you had put the item in a box surrounded by shredded paper the damaged would unlikely to have occurred. If you were changing the courier then you should have changed the listing, I would not have bought the item with Evri as the courier their normally one of the worst against Yodel which is normally one of the best.
