I video it & the seller accepted the fault. He advised me to take apart the unit to see if i could release the latch. I didn't do this. instead i contacted the manufacturer who offered a new latch, £12 & explained it was also 1 hr labour. I proposed seller refund £12 & i suffered the labour. Seller refused the partial refund or a return.
