I contacted the seller to ask if it was compatible with standard Dungeons and Dragons 28mm models, and was assured by the seller that this was indeed the case. The photograph shows a true 28mm building I got on Ebay in a similar price range, and the models this seller claims to be "28mm compatible". Quite frankly, I'm astonished that Ebay allows this sort of fraudster to scam.
