      Amazing reduction in pain and discomfort.

      I was in agony with piles expanding and becoming external. Any exercise just made them worse. Used these three time a day after taking out of deep freeze (-15C so too cold and would burn skin) and leaving for 5 minutes to warm up slightly. After 20 minutes application - swapped them after 10 minutes- swellings reduced and pain gone. After three day of using three times a day, external piles appear to have gone. But I am cautious about hard exercise and will continue for another week. Amazing reduction in pain and discomfort. Highly recommended.
